The story of Genuity began with a deeply personal struggle. For years, one of our founders faced undiagnosed symptoms, relentlessly seeking answers that seemed just out of reach. This pursuit led her into healthcare, where she gained the knowledge and tools to self-diagnose. But her journey wasn't just about finding a diagnosis; it was about finding patients like her.

She believed that understanding her diagnosis would connect her with others who shared similar experiences, providing mutual support and wisdom to improve their quality of life together. However, she quickly realized that no easy solution existed for connecting patients with the same diagnosis while preserving privacy and anonymity. Even patients in the same neighborhood, visiting the same doctor, might never know they share the same journey.

Her experience highlighted a broader issue: the challenge of connecting with others facing similar health challenges while maintaining privacy. With the support of equally inspired individuals, she became determined to change this. Together, we founded Genuity to bridge this gap.
